JX’23 will be holding its inaugural event to celebrate the journey of Japanese innovators in entertainment and honor groundbreaking leaders in music, animation, entertainment, and Web3 at the legendary GRAMMY Museum on February 9, 2023 at 6:30pm.

Co-hosted by the LA Next Generation Japanese American Leaders Initiative and the Consulate General of Japan in Los Angeles, the event is supported by JAPAN HOUSE Los Angeles. JX’23 will be hosted by Akemi Look and include panel discussions with speakers from Vice President Yasumas Kutami of AMUSE GROUP USA (Web3), CEO Yusuke Nakagawa of ASOBISYSTEM (Music),  Producer/CEO Yuichiro Saito of STUDIO CHIZU (Animation), Animoca Brands Japan (Web3) CEO Moto Tani. There will be a special performance by ————–.

The event will present a Global Achievement Award to STUDIO CHIZU and ONE OK ROCK via livestream from JX to Japanese / JA entertainment icons nominated by the board.

As a leading innovator in Web3, the need for Japanese content signifies the crossover of entertainment + culture from Japan to the world. This will mark the first of the events to set the stage for future collaborations to platform JX as the bridge between the U.S. and Japan.

This event will be the launching pad to connect and amplify the impact of innovations to the broader U.S. and Global audience.
